Hi there. My name is Rusty Nokes. I have a bachelors in Business Administration and have held several fitness certifications. My addiction coaching certifications are from ARCS To Freedom (Addiction Recovery Counseling Services).

I am the author of Christ Fit Fusion - The Fusion Of Spiritual And Physical Fitness.

I am a survivor of childhood trauma.
My parents modeled abuse (emotional, verbal, physical), addiction (drugs, alcohol, porn), abandonment, and adultery. It left me with heart wounds that I later learned to medicate with drugs, alcohol, porn and sex.

After 2 failed marriages, 30+ years in addiction, and trying and failing in my own strength --- I finally found freedom.
