I have been coaching for 8 years.

5 years ago I created the grassroots club Forestdale Football Club (based in Croydon). We have 10 children’s teams and a 10 year Lease Option on an amazing private ground. @forestdalefc

Whilst learning about the Lease Option for Forestdale Football Club I then started to research how powerful Purchase Lease Options could be. This started my interest in property.

After loads of YouTube videos, a property course and learning from friends in property, I now have invested in property. @bartleypropertygroup

We focus on blocks of apartments and HMO’s with the support from Angel Investors and the use of Purchase Lease Options.
