Started coaching basketball 39 years ago-have made every mistake a coach could possibly make-wish I could say I only repeated just once. However those mistakes have led to knowledge-at least I hope so.

Not your everyday follow the crowd coach. Have never been into what’s trending. Never limited my players with numbers. (1-2-3-4-5). Glad to see “position-less” basketball has caught up to me.

I’m first and foremost a teacher of life through the game of basketball. Everyone has wins, but where are your players twenty years after they’ve played for you? That’s what still drives me.

Love teaching, talking and always am still learning about the game. A bit too opinionated for some, a bit too old for others, but diversity of thought makes learning and critical thinking exciting.

Blessed by my Creator with a woman I don’t deserve and five children plus five more children (their spouses) and eight grandchildren (kah) who’ve made my life complete.
