An enthusiastic coach, a supportive leader with over 13 years and still counting experience, in demonstrating and in applying the coach management style through team lead and leadership roles, across various sectors; spanning HVAC/engineering, legal, public sector, educational sector. As well as offering training sessions, programs and workshops on adopting the coach leadership and management style to executive management of these organizations or institutions, in the above-mentioned sectors. The coaching management style will support the development of sustainable organizational culture, resourceful teams and team synergy.
A history of working in the people oriented, facing and consultative space with over 15 years experience and impressive skills in People Management, General Management, Organizational Development and building feasible, flexible and sustainable organisational structures.
