📖📕 My story: Trained as a jazz musician and educator, I struggled with anxiety for a time. I turned inwards, tried to put on a brave face and buried my feelings thinking I was being "strong". It caught up with me, I burned out, and life turned upside down. I lost everything and have had to rebuild twice.

🪜During my rebuild I trained as a transformational coach, learning powerful strategies to help others avoid the struggle and pain I went through and help them reclaim their joy in their day to day life. 😁🙏🏼💪🙌🏼🤗

I am a huge advocate for helping men learn to share their emotions and be more vulnerable so they can be better communicators and have greater success as leaders, partners, and fathers. 🗣️
