My coaching philosophy centers around three core principles- commitment, selflessness, and team unity. My core values focus on being open and honest with his players while holding them accountable for their efforts. My focuses are on embracing the process of growth, which entails the need to focus on how to get better every day in order to succeed later. Homewood flossmoor high school teams focus around fundamentals, team-oriented basketball, offensively playing with spacing, ball movement, and player movement, with a primary emphasis on defense.
