I’m the creator of The Mindset Spa for Mommy's First Year™, a 1:1 coaching program that supports moms after birth through all those BIG moments--the transition back to work, the identity shift, and the changing self-image--with ease, confidence, and love.

The first year shouldn't be something we're "trying to get through," it should be a time we thrive in and cement our bond with our baby.
