Grew up in Paramount.
Living and growing with my family in Riverside.
My work and call is to reduce the risk of, immediately care for, and facilitate rehabilitation of injury, illness, and disease, helping humans sustain their highest level of life, and/or get back in to life at the highest level.
Essentially, that means I’m a sports medicine and human performance practitioner, more specifically, a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and a Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC). And also, I make disciples.
