I am an expert at Owning Your Authentic Self and I help people become confident and bold in who they are authentically; personally and professionally.

I specifically work with mothers, both new and seasoned to MANIFEST and C.R.E.A.T.E. a parenting style that aligns with their authentic self- creating the Authentic Momma. It is my belief that mothers are the ones who birth a nation and when we show up authentically the energy we create can change the world.

I am trained as a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) where I have extensive knowledge in Energy Leadership. I help people tap onto the various types of energy to raise their level of consciousness.

I am a Certified Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership and a COR.E Dynamics Transitions Specialist. I am an Educational Facilitator who supports the well-being of individuals, teams and groups in pivotal moments of change and transitions by promoting personal and professional development through practical education and meaningful conversations.
