After battling my own demons for the better part of a decade, I found myself in the darkest of holes and preparing to take my own life.

What I didn’t know is that the universe 🪐 had other plans for me

After years of researching my own path out of the darkness of my depression, I found more and more people seeking advice.

As my training and nutrition programs evolved they included more and more of the strategies I had researched, and implemented to pull myself out of the darkness ⚫️ and into the light ⚪️
