I have been in business for over 4 years helping people dealing with Bullying and Mental health. I’m expanding my line of books and programs to include mental health/ self care subscription boxes geared towards people would not seek out traditional therapy.

This self paced in home program is a way to help them ease into the process while providing tools and resources for healing and mental wellness.
