Who am I?
I am an accomplished international businesswoman and pilot, with a background in aviation, technology, and manufacturing.

I lived and worked in Japan and China for 16 years consulting with multi-national companies and institutions through the Fukushima disaster and spearheaded $250M programs as a corporate leader.

My unique leadership framework has broken new ground in facilitating successful, authentic leadership in the midst of change and disruption. It is used to unite splintered teams, drive productivity, foresee and offset significant company threats. In addition, it empowers leaders to leverage their unique talents, create a winning company culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation to enable organizations to thrive.
