Currently studying for L1 Precision nutrition with an interest/emphasis on nutrition for endurance sport.
I’ve been a “runner” for 20+ years, completed several marathons and so far 6 Ultra marathons.

2022: Marathon des Sables 😬
Spend a lot of time hiking in the mountains of the UK Lake District and in 2019 hiked to Everest Base Camp and attempted Lobuche East peak at 6,120m but stopped short.
