Mediocrity is my greatest fear. I know I’m built for something greater, so I study high performance and success. I apply what I learn to my career (social retail and software development) and share what’s working and what’s not.

I love to have open-minded, nuanced, productive, respectful discussions on historic and current events, economics, and public policy. The extremes are tearing us apart.

My wife, Kaitlyn, and I host periodic discussions on marriage. We will be married 10 years in 2021. Though it’s not a long time, we have a flourishing marriage, 3 kids and have ran a business together the whole time. It hasn’t been easy. We’ve learned a lot and want to help others succeed in their marriage.

I lost 85 pounds, kept it off for 5+ years, then it came back little-by-little. I’m back on the weight loss journey. I’m using Levels Health Continuous Glucose Monitoring to dial-in my diet, working out consistently, and taking carefully selected supplements.
