I have to say I always come away with the same conclusion, people buy people. I fully believe in this basic way of working and although business processes are also key, maintaining good vibes and building strong relationships with 'real people' is the most important part of the journey. Whether you are a client, candidate or the local postman, this sort of interaction will never die because this is where the magic lies.

In my personal life I love all things outside, enjoying hiking, cycling, HIIT training and anything that challenges my body. I also love to read, with a focus on mental health, self development, historic stories and journals.
