🚧 I work in the heavy construction industry

🚧 I ventured into helping workers & companies to not ignoring the obvious and to embrace discussing mental health & addiction within this industry

🚧 I run a peer group as well as assist in getting people on the road to starting peer support groups

🚧 My call to action is to assist & help my community get through hard times to thrive & be successful in life.

🚧 I’ve been a speaker for various organizations and will speak anytime or anywhere to anyone that will listen.

I present to businesses, organizations and workforce in the construction industry to raise awareness and break the stigma that surrounds these topics.
My focus is on mens mental health

Getting a positive message out to men of the world that their mental health is not a weakness nor something to be ashamed of. Women are always welcome as well for listening or participation.
