📚 I am the author of the self/help comedy, “Don’t hold their poop; a small book about cleaning up life’s BIG messes.” This is my first self-published book and will be a part of a very successful series!

Don’t hold their poop helps others understand when they are internalizing someone else’s emotional poo. Not only does DHTP create self awareness it also helps the reader “flush” aka set boundaries with the person who is spewing on them. Lastly, the reader also gains understanding of when they are the “defecating defendant” and when they need to gut check themselves. The concept is itself is a supposed to be light hearted and silly but the overall message is important especially in today’s day!

🙋🏻‍♀️More about me, I have a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family therapist from Arizona State University. I practiced as a trauma therapist in youth and young adult programs for over 7 years. Working with trauma and abuse victims took its toll on my emotional state and I made a career switch in 2014. Thankfully, I manifested a very lucrative career in digital advertising that I continue to pursue today.

During this time I did my own self healing and spiritual work to help guide me to create the life I want to live. And I created it. Due to this and my past experience and education I started my business, Ignite Ambition, LLC where I provide both Life and relationship coaching services and seminars. I have spoke on several podcasts, been a key speaker at many empowering events, and have been featured on news and radio several times.

Because of my love to work with people I balance my day to day with writing and coaching. I am so excited for the next chapter of building my brand and eventually making writing my career. I look forward to meeting like minded people who are hustlers, writers, entrepreneurs, coaches who are not afraid to think outside of the box and who are not afraid to work hard for their success!
