💭"The personal is universal."
While drawing I need to surrender myself to the fluid feelings and pigments as it appears on the surface in all it's imperfections.
✏My work consists of drawings on paper using mixed media: mostly watercolor, ink and pencil.
✏My main interest is transforming moments in life.
✏ I work in series, focusing only on one aspect of that moment in life, such as metamorphosis or compassion. Using my drawings, I strive not to gain instant answers, but to ask, explore, as well as show the questions that emerge.
✏Lately, I'm moving towards a more intuitive approach to my art practice.
