Hi! I have 2 businesses where I love helping you meet YOUR goals. I can help you with holistic, natural living and I’m also a one-on-one video & voice coach.

☀️I’m a doTERRA essential oil Wellness Advocate & Mentor and help people meet their health goals with our safe, natural, and toxin-free products. I lead a team that is working towards their goal of time and financial freedom. I also create teaching materials and social media programs for doTERRA leaders.

🎥I’m also a one-on-one Video & Voice Coach and help people increase their confidence and skills in front of the camera (and microphone 🎤) so that their business can shine in the spotlight. The same skills can help you put your best foot forward on podcasts and voice-only platforms like CH.

I have a background in corporate training & development and sales and I have a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. With my entrepreneurial endeavors, I use my skill set each day to help others reach their goals.
