Supporting children with chronic illness (and their families) through Cape Ivy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
———GOALS ——————
I strive to help others through volunteering, with my nonprofit and in little ways: in the neighborhood, at church, or problem solving for friends.

——-NON-PROFIT———————
Co-founder of Cape Ivy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit managed and sustained by volunteers, which provides medical ponchos to children who are courageously fighting for their health. Robes and jackets don’t work with lines and ports.
Roles: CFO, ED, social media/web page, board member, fundraising, networking, grant writing
Cape Ivy encourages targeted donations to your local children’s hospital by businesses and individuals. $250 donation provides 20 ponchos to children undergoing treatment, bringing warmth and a bit of joy during this difficult time with no hospital visitors or distractions.
