Bio

Cindy began her real estate career in 2001 working in a team capacity alongside her husband, Sean. Both she and Sean quickly traded in their full-time jobs for a lifetime career in the Real Estate Industry. Prior to real estate, Cindy attended Appalachian State University where she proudly played Soccer on the Women’s Team and graduated in 1994 with a BSBA –Hospitality Management. Right out of College, Cindy spent several years working as a Guest Services Manager for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts then switched industries to work in a sales management capacity in the metal manufacturing industry and then in the distribution side.

From Cindy’s early days in the Real Estate Industry to her transition into Management, Cindy repeatedly was one of the Top Producing Agents within Osceola County and continues to be one today. Cindy’s passion for civic stewardship, along with her past strong management background, most likely paved her way towards leadership roles within the real estate industry. Cindy has been extremely active in the local Chamber, serving in different capacities as well as President of Osceola Business Partners. Her dedicated to the Women’s Council of REALTORS® is evident, as she has served at the Local, State and National Levels. She was the 2018 Florida State President and serves on the Women’s Council of REALTORS® – National Executive Committee as well as the National Finance and Budget Committee since 2019. Cindy is currently the slated candidate for 2022 National Treasurer.

Cindy’s ability to network and influence people in so many different organizations made her a strong candidate for leadership roles within the real estate industry. Since 2012, Cindy has held Senior Level positions at 3 top Central Florida Real Estate Firms and was a significant contributor to their growth and success. In late 2019, she and her husband, Sean, opened their own company, FIERCE Realty with locations in South Orlando and Eustis.

Cindy attributes much of her growth and success to the skills, experience and relationships made through the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and her laser focus on Professionalism and Education.
