I'm passionate about learning & growing every day and love sharing wisdom I have picked up along the way.
Father of two, musician (sax & piano), and commercial real estate investor/landlord. I live in Houston, Texas and was born and raised in El Paso, Texas.
I started 25 years ago purchasing houses and apartment complexes. I now focus on warehouses and retail centers. I also have senior citizen housing, a church, and a theater.
For me, it's all about cash flow & peace of mind to be able to focus on living a great life with my family.
