I have been happily employed with PRANDI Property Management, CRMC for twenty years. My current role is VP of Operations, and I love it!

There are a variety of reasons why I enjoy this industry so much. Primarily because there is something new to learn just about every day! Some people call it chaos, I prefer calling it a constant learning curve! The ever present challenges create an environment that keeps me growing and moving forward on a daily basis. I appreciate being able to turn around and share my experiences and knowledge with clients, residents, vendors and fellow employees.

My primary responsibilities as VP of Operations are mentoring and oversight of our property management teams practices and processes, company policies and procedures management, client procurement, company software management, owner & resident relations, client finance reporting, contract/lease negotiations, employee training, policy and procedures management and perhaps most important of all, I'm in charge of making sure we have enough "Friday-Funday's" each year!
