Hi, I’m Christine. I help female real estate agents increase their profits, work smarter, leverage their time and their energy and build a wildly successful business.

In 2007 I started my real estate business. I loved the work and the clients but the long hours, evenings and weekends were running me into the ground. I realized that I needed to find a new way of operating that would allow me to reach my business and income goals but not at the expense of my personal life.

Fast forward a decade later. Through hard work, trial and error and determination, I’ve turned my real estate business of one into a focused, aligned, committed, high performing team of eight that gives me passive income and runs so smoothly I’ve been able to step back from day-to-day operations and focus on my passion for coaching.

I took what I’ve learned over the last decade about sales, marketing, leadership, team building, mindset and systems and teach other women to do the same, allowing my clients to move one big step closer to financial freedom without the 12 hour days, high levels of stress and lack of balance that’s been all to familiar to them in the past.

I want my clients to wake up every morning feeling like they run their business, NOT the other way around.

I addition to building and leading my own successful real estate team for over a decade, which has consistently been in the top 1-2% based on sales volume (Toronto Real Estate Board), I'm also a Certified Energy Leadership Coach™, Team Performance Coach™ and hold a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online.

I’m now living a life that I used to only daydream about, with plenty of time for my husband and young son and to explore my creative side through painting and visual arts.

I can work when I want to and how I want to without worrying about the impact it will have on my business.
