Raised in an international family, living in four different countries with their accompanying different languages: the United States, Switzerland, Greece, and England, I learned that there are many different ways to live, think, behave, and respond to situations. It has been helpful to question what I think and what I know and see if it is still true.
I am a health coach working with successful executives who are experiencing health challenges and would like to work to overcome them. I help clients let go of the idea of perfection, while helping them learn to listen to their bodies, consider new possibilities and points of view so that they can make small behavioral changes while heading in the direction they desire, to improve their health.
