I have spent the last 20+ years with an autoimmune diagnosis. Most of those years have been spent fighting, searching, & experimenting to improve myself and how I feel..... One day at a time.
I'm blessed to have found enormous relief and improvement and although I still have my struggles, all of it allows me to help others with similar experiences.
