I love selling houses. I hate selling myself; Here are 5 quick things about me and my work. In, out, nobody gets hurt.

1. To sum up what I do for work, I help people invest in real estate through finding quality investment properties that offer a return on investment, bringing to life investors rehabs through rehab oversight, aspects of property management, and selling investments.

2. Over the past 3 Months, I have average 19 days or less in leasing a property out.

3. I don't advertise this fact, but I would do this job for free. I really enjoy analyzing investment properties, walking houses pre-rehabbed trying to find the missing bedroom that will increase the rental price of a house or which wall I can take down to create a more open feel increasing the overall value of a house.

4. I gave a speech at my college graduation without passing out. This proves I have the skill of public speaking.

5. While developing my marketing skills, I created a beer marketing page that grew an average of 1,200 followers a month.
