“Helping Individuals Understand and Promote Diversity in Their Everyday Lives" Diversity specialist with strong analytical, communication and organisational skills with experience in education and non-profit organisations. As a freelance diversity consultant, the focus of FischersFiresideChats FFSC is to foster warm, informal, yet informed environments for learning cultural competence. FFSC also includes a communication branch that focuses on communication packages & photography.

Thus, FFSC has been photographing for nonprofits and individuals whose primary focus includes multiculturalism, issues that challenge cultural diversity, as well as capturing images that generate discussions that need to be had. Christine Fischer holds an M.A. & a M.Ed. in multicultural counselling psychology from TC, Columbia University, NYC. Whether creating a training or communication package the goal is to cultivate awareness of cultural worldviews, attitudes towards cultural difference and a variety of cross-cultural skills.
