After being diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Myasthenia Gravis as a teenager, I knew that my health would be one of the main guides of my path through life.
🌿In 2011, I had a near death experience while living in Egypt that became the catalyst for my journey into health and wellness.
🎋The fear of not being able to see my children grow up lead me into finding ways to be present and alive mentally, physically and emotionally.
🌷Now, I facilitate wellness events, tools, and resources for anyone who’s looking to heal through trauma and inner-child work.
