I’m a dog mom in works of getting her baby a bigger backyard 🏠 I love experimenting in the kitchen but more importantly I love eating! Traveling to new cities brings happiness to my soul and I’m obsessed with Schitts Creek...like obsessed 🤩
My story 🌱
2020 was a difficult year to say the least. With everything going on my anxiety spiraled out of control. I tried everything I knew to get a grip on it, I meditated, went on walks, worked on journaling but nothing seemed to help. I still felt anxious and sad. It felt all consuming but finally one day it dawned on me to look into how food can either help or make my anxiety worse. 🥦🍰
After learning much about the connection between gut health and anxiety and depression I finally felt like I knew the answer to my problem. I changed my habits and took charge of my life, now I share what I’ve learned along the way with others. 💕
