Coach. Facilitator. Disruptor. Dreamer.

I dream of an era, a world, a community, a relationship, where we deeply speak, deeply listen, and deeply grow. Where we are in touch with the essence of us, more often than not. Where we strive for seamless blending of polarities and contextual flexibility.

After many years in corporate technical leadership I decided to leave my job and start my own business, to help others do what I had once struggled to do. To help them learn how to lead themselves to create the world they wish for.

A key part of my job, along with leading my own team, was to lead technical design and staged delivery across several teams spread across many departments and several countries. In that process, I came across many challenges and many barriers. As I struggled with my frustration (why can’t people just see the big picture?), I started to seek answers. Long story short, the answers pointed to the most unexpected place – me.

So began my journey towards self-discovery, and ultimately self-actualisation. I learnt that, by transforming how I show up, I can bring about transformation in others.

I also started noticing something in people. Most could not articulate, but there was a longing for something deeper, for genuine openness, genuine goodwill and genuine trust. For creating something better, for making a difference.

What could we achieve together if we could catalyse this?

My core offering to those who work with me is deep presence and deep listening. My confidence in leading that process is in knowing that I am supported by my leadership experience in corporate, my knowledge and experience of many different coaching and facilitation techniques, methodologies and theories, and my intuition, perception and ability to connect, developed through deep spiritual practices. My commitment is to not assume I know what people need, but to discover together.
