Apartment 1: We sold our 128 unit asset in Abilene, TX and realized 50% in forced appreciation after 21 months of ownership.
Apartment 2: 248 units in Dallas purchased Sep 2019, $3.9 million in equity raised. We’re still operating this one.
Jan. 2021: 10 acres in Fort Worth under contract 👷🚜🛠
