A sought after speaker for empowerment, encouragement, inspiration transformation and beating the odds. Sharing the power of resilience and healing after sharing a 3 decade old story of overcoming rape at the age of 18.

The triggers and memories of being molested at 10 years old, raped at 18, surviving a tumultuous and abusive marriage, being a single mom, suffering from low self esteem and 3 unsuccessful attempts at suicide was definitely a recipe chronic depression and disaster! However, Chidell recognized and maximized the power of her resilience to work through her traumatic wounds and has been able to inspire other women (and men too) to do the same.
