I have been through adversary and have experienced many traumas in my life.
I truly believe that what happened in my life has happend for me not to me.

Because of the traumas from my past I have been able to stand up and speak up for others in Canada and across the globe who have had their voices silenced. I will continue to stand up for myself and others. When something needs to change..I am the woman for the job!

My ultimate goal is to be able to help others navigate through this thing called life. I have been fortunate to have received help in many different forms and modalities that have allowed me to heal on a soul level.
I have a wonderful blueprint and tool belt filled with tips and tricks that worked for me to help climb out of the depths of depression along with the highs that bipolar placed on me. I am here to share with the world how I managed to get through these challenges
