I am a Psychotherapist who became a Master Communication Coach.
I inspire, motivate and engage individuals to make a difference by healing their story towards becoming un-stuck in their communication and to heal their respective souls.
I use my own experiences from childhood in regards to growing up poor, fatherless, struggled with feeling stupid, low self-esteem, with issues of abandonment and inadequate. My spiritual practices along with my faith were the things that helped me to find and claim my voice through my various writings, workshops and coaching practice. I became aware that as I committed to my spiritual practices; it was building a stronger sense of self in my being.
I found the more that I was helping others to speak their power,
I was able to reclaim and master my own. Something extraordinary occurred and it set into motion the revelation of the pain I was attempting to hide was the pain I needed to uncover in order for myself and others to thrive.
I stopped asking for permission and started living my path unapologetically!
