我就搞不懂有人無法活出自己最深刻的價值。我也仔細思考過，我要怎麼樣才可以活出自己最好的一面，而結論是，不管我有多想提供協助的服務，我都必須學會先好好照顧自己，不要急著想要在還沒準備好的時候付出，等到時間到了，給出的東西才真正有幫助。
活出「最深刻的價值與意義的道路」是每個人的必經之路，當你覺察到自己存在本質的內在途徑，那你就不會只有靈性，更有滿滿的愛與智慧，豈不是很棒嗎？
