I’m the creator of the one and only UN-Cheesecake™. I am also one of the cultivators of the Charleston Sol Food Veg Fest, the first 100% vegan festival to take place in Charleston, SC.

I believe that when individuals return to nature and observe the way of our ancestors—we will be healed.

My ultimate goal is to help others also find and maintain health & wellness by relying on plant-based foods, essential oils, herbs, and holistic education.
