My style is eclectic - when marmalade is a ginger citrus glaze and a melty knob of miso adding a meaty punch in flavor - that’s when we open our doors and cross beyond silos. I teach in person and now with the pandemic, my classes are on zoom and meets. Not just a place to come cook with me, but a place to feel uplifted and connected
