My passion for cooking started when I was 5 years old! My great grandmother taught me traditional Italian cuisine and all our family recipes. I completely fell in love with cooking and food which led to be deciding I wanted to be a chef at age 11. Then when I was 12 I decided I wanted to go to The Culinary Institute of America. I did end up going there and earn a degree in culinary arts and a second degree in culinary science. I have worked in recipe development, taught in Italy at a cooking school, been a private chef, and was an assistant sous chef for Marriott. All of this has turned into my dream job of being able to share all my knowledge and experience with others and empower other people to learn how to cook and fall in love with cooking!
