I was that two-year-old standing on a chair in the kitchen, with a dozen eggs in a cast iron skillet and a pound of bacon on the floor. I have always been cooking.
I graduated from The Restaurant School’s culinary/restaurant management program. I have literally done everything in the food business; cooking, selling, planning and teaching.
I need to take the fear out of the kitchen – all the time I hear people talk about their fear of cooking! I say, if you can read, you can cook.
After some time away to raise kids I’m back. I want to do more recipe development, write and teach.
I’m shopping my first cookbook all about cake for breakfast.
