👨🏻‍🎓Graduated in Gastronomy and Hospitality by the University Center Senac Campos do Jordão, and with several courses at the Instituto Mausi Sebbes of Argentina, Institute Paul Bocouse and Le Notre in France, Chef Fabiano Olmo, who was once Executive Chef of the Grande Hotel Campos de Jordão, Orient Express Hotel das Cataratas, Belmont and Accor, signed as Executive Chef of Vines Grille and Maxine's on Shine, restaurants in Orlando.
