CHIP MOORE
Born in San Francisco and raised all over the world, Chip Moore has made the Bay Area his home for the last twenty years. After storied careers in the music and culinary fields, his discerning palate and network of cannabis providers steered him towards consulting opportunities in the cannabis industry. Taking on brand activation, marketing strategy, operational development, logistics, and distribution, he saw a gap in the market. With expertise in the existing cannabis landscape, Moore founded 4&20 Blackbirds, a premier cannabis retail (delivery) boutique. With an eye towards 100% vertical integration, Moore formed a cannabis event subsidiary company (The Oakland Cup), and partnered with Javier Vega to form T.R.A.P. Security, an equity distribution and manufacturing corporation. Moore has been featured as a cannabis business expert by BET, VICE News, Comedy Central, as well as by The East Bay Express and The SF Chronicle
