I’m Charissa! While my real estate career began in New York City, I am now a happy Philadelphia resident.
I vividly remember falling in love with the spirit of industry, the thriving arts scene, and the historic charm of this city and it hasn’t changed during lockdown. In fact, I grew deeper roots and founded Single Buyers Academy with Tanya Thompson. There my goal is simple: identify the specific challenges of single income buyers and connect them to the resources they need to accomplish the task. My tireless devotion to helping my clients reach their goals (whether that be buying or selling a home) is evident in every interaction.
