I am retired Lieutenant Commander who served over 22 years in the United States Navy. As a Medical Service Corp Officer, I had a wonderful career where I built a sterling reputation as a fair and influential Naval Officer and Leader.

I holds a B.S in Human Resource Management from Troy State University and an M. Ed from Old Dominion University. I am also an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team and a certification diversity professional.

Today’s leaders are looked upon to master the art of balance. Balancing work, a career (personal and educational development), and home requires determination and strong organizational skills. A proponent of physical, mental, and spiritual management, as the CEO of Teachable Learnable Solutions, LLC, and Board Member for Envision Lead Grow, I continues to diligently strive to equip tomorrow’s leaders.

I was honored by the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Prince William County, as the 2018 Courageous Generational Women’s Leadership Award for Community Service. I am also an international best selling author, sharing my story in the book entitled, “Grown Woman S.H.I.T.”

Recently married my lovely wife, Laticia Jacobs and together we have 5 children.
