🔸I am Founder and CEO of CLR Lane Consulting & PsychoSocial Services where I consult with businesses, school boards, churches, not for profit, social and mental health agencies and anyone believing that they need to understand how to work with Black and Racialize individuals and families, as it pertains to Racial Trauma and the correlation to other mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, low work performance and issues with Diversity, Inclusion & Equity as I believe that Equitable practices is what we arrive at last !
🔷Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about Mental Health and Social justice as I believe that one cannot exist without the other and that every clinical intervention has to be coupled with social justice when treating Black and Racialize people.
