At 41 (almost 42) have been told that achieving abs will be pretty much impossible for me, ❓❓❓
never having done any real fitness in my life! 🤔
WELL I SEE THAT AS A CHALLENGE! 💪
💫MY MILF ABS CHALLENGE! 💫
So I lost over two stones in weight in the last two months (June and July)
And I’ve devised a great fitness programme, which I will update accordingly to gain lean muscle and strength as well as agility!
My start date is 9th August 2021
