He is an expert in headhunting using a direct approach in the following practices: Top Management, Finance, Human Resources, Tax & Legal, Compliance.

Charles is an experienced lawyer, having graduated from ESSEC Business School (MBA programme), Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan (ENS), Rennes and Paris-Dauphine University. His career began in 2008 with Gide Loyrette Nouel, a premier international law firm. In 2010, he specialized in Tax, Legal & Compliance recruitment for large firms and SMEs, as well as large players in the Banking & Finance fields.

In 2013, he joined Morgan Philips Executive Search to develop the Legal & Corporate functions practice. He recruits top management executives for startup, SME's, multinational companies (luxury, watchmaking industry, retail, manufacturing, services etc.), family offices, law firms, banks and investment funds.
