CHANTERÊVES is a winegrower & négoce vinificateur in Burgundy, launched in 2010 by Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott.

Based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, we farm 4,9ha regeneratively.

醸造用葡萄栽培と醸造のエンジニア。ブルゴーニュにて2010年に夫のギヨームとシャントレーヴを起こす。葡萄を購入し醸造して自分たちのワインを造る、小さなネゴシアン・ヴィニフィカトゥールとしてスタートし、今は4.9ヘクタールの畑も所有し有機栽培でワインを造っています。

サヴィニー・レ・ボーヌ (🇫🇷ブルゴーニュ)在住。

Domaine holding: Savigny rouge, Savigny blanc, Chorey rouge, 2 climats of Hautes Côtes de Beaune blanc, and last but not least 5 single vineyard old vine Aligotés.

Proud member of « Les Aligoteurs » 🐊, a Burgundian association of Aligoté producers.

In farming we focus on soil health. In the cellar we practice minimal intervention (minimal SO2, no chaptalisation) by using whole cluster grapes.

Our wines are sold in France and exported to 21 countries worldwide.

I originally come from 🇯🇵, lived in 🇺🇸,
naturalized in 🇩🇪, hold oenology and viticulture engineering degree from Geisenheim and last but not least live and make wine in Burgundy 🇫🇷 with a husband who’s a Burgundian.

Speak Japanese, French, German and English
