Norma Simon: Spiritual Channel & Life Coach

I was born, with my twin sister, at seven months and suffered with my health right through my childhood and into my adulthood. I have faced many challenges including deformed feet, skin cancer, scoliosis, osteoporosis, and even physical and emotional abuse from a marriage to an alcoholic. It has been a journey that has taught me skills that have allowed me to live my passion for the last 30 years.

I have studied (and continue to study), the connection between the emotional and physical body and how our body speaks to us through illness. Through my background in Ballet, Montessori Teaching, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu and Reiki, I can delve deeper and create a unique, holistic awareness for my clients.

My greatest desire is to assist individuals and groups, in not just coping with their circumstances, but learning to live consciously, and joyfully. I assist in helping them to find their inner light, and trust their innate wisdom to lead them to a fulfilling, empowered and balanced life.

I use my gift to uncover what is not conscious (any limitations), and bring it to the surface, ultimately enabling individuals to release what no longer serves them.

I run several workshops and master classes throughout the year - they focus on the physical/mental/emotional/spiritual connection. These can be attended virtually. One of the processes is doing a creative piece which I do a Reading on, which reveals what is in the unconscious mind.
