Cesar J. Gonzales, Jr, born in Las Pinas, Manila, Philippines. Moved to the Bay Area, CA when I was 17 in 1990. I came to this country with a high school degree, but despite the adversity as an immigrant coming during the first Gulf War, I managed to rise and be a successful entrepreneur with the help of people who took interest and mentored me. I have been an investment manager for 30 years. In 2016, I started my own business operating bed and breakfast/event space, Filipino Cafe and Bakery, As well as Filipino Restaurant.
